HOT PEPPER Aji Cusco

This hot, red pepper was discovered at a market in Cusco, Peru and brought to Utah to acclimatize it locally. 2021 is the third year this stock is growing locally. Especially productive perennial if overwintered; it can grow 4 feet tall.  30,000 to 60,000 SHU.
